AI 에이전트AI agent
대답만 하는 챗봇과 달리 도구를 써서 일을 진행하는 AI입니다. 파일을 읽고 쓰거나, 웹 화면을 조작하거나, 연결된 서비스에서 자료를 조회합니다. Claude Code, Codex, Claude in Chrome, ChatGPT의 에이전트 기능이 여기에 해당합니다.An AI that uses tools to get work done rather than only answering: it reads and writes files, operates web pages or queries connected services. Claude Code, Codex, Claude in Chrome and ChatGPT’s agent features are examples.
API
서비스가 프로그램끼리 데이터를 주고받도록 열어 둔 공식 창구입니다. 대부분 신청해서 받은 인증키가 필요합니다. 금감원 OpenDART, 공공데이터포털, 법제처 국가법령정보 API가 대표적입니다. API가 있어도 AI가 바로 쓸 수 있는 것은 아니고, 보통 MCP 서버나 코드로 연결합니다.An official interface a service opens so programs can exchange data, usually with a key you apply for. OpenDART, data.go.kr and the national law API are examples. Agents normally reach an API through an MCP server or code.
MCP (모델 컨텍스트 프로토콜)MCP (Model Context Protocol)
AI 앱이 외부 도구와 데이터에 연결할 때 쓰는 공통 규격입니다. MCP 서버 하나를 등록해 두면 Claude·ChatGPT·Codex 등이 그 서버의 기능을 도구처럼 불러 씁니다. 내 PC에서 실행하는 로컬 MCP와, 주소만 등록하면 되는 원격 MCP가 있습니다. 원격 MCP는 설치가 간편하지만 질문과 인증키가 운영자 서버를 거칩니다.A common standard for connecting AI apps to outside tools and data. Register an MCP server once and Claude, ChatGPT or Codex can call its functions as tools. Local MCP servers run on your computer; remote ones only need a URL but send your queries (and any key in the URL) through the operator’s server.
스킬·플러그인Skills and plugins
특정한 일을 하는 방법(지침, 예시, 스크립트)을 묶어 에이전트에 설치하는 파일입니다. MCP가 외부 서비스와의 연결이라면, 스킬은 작업 요령에 가깝습니다. Claude Code에서는 플러그인으로 스킬과 MCP를 한꺼번에 설치하기도 합니다.Installable packages that teach an agent how to do a specific job (instructions, examples, scripts). MCP connects to outside services; a skill is closer to a work procedure. In Claude Code, plugins can install skills and MCP servers together.
브라우저 에이전트Browser agents
사람처럼 웹 화면을 보고 클릭·입력하는 에이전트입니다. API가 없는 사이트에서도 쓸 수 있지만, 로그인·본인인증·최종 제출은 사람이 해야 하고 서비스의 약관과 자동화 차단 정책을 지켜야 합니다.Agents that look at web pages and click or type like a person. They work where no API exists, but a human must log in, authenticate and submit, and the site’s terms and anti-automation rules still apply.
서비스 자체 AIA service’s own AI
네이버 플레이스 에이전트, 카카오톡 카나나, 정부24 AI 국민비서처럼 서비스가 자기 앱 안에 넣은 AI입니다. 그 서비스 안에서는 예약·조회까지 되기도 하지만, Claude·ChatGPT 같은 외부 에이전트가 같은 기능을 쓸 수 있다는 뜻은 아닙니다.AI built into a service’s own app, such as Naver Place Agent, Kanana in KakaoTalk or the Gov24 AI assistant. It may complete bookings inside that service, but outside agents such as Claude or ChatGPT cannot necessarily do the same.
공식 도구와 비공식 도구Official vs unofficial tools
이 사이트는 서비스 운영사가 직접 낸 도구를 ‘운영사 공식’, 개인이나 커뮤니티가 만든 도구를 ‘개인·커뮤니티’ 또는 ‘제3자 도구(비공식)’으로 표시합니다. 비공식 도구도 공식 API를 이용할 수 있지만, 유지보수와 보안, 약관 준수는 직접 확인해야 합니다.Tools published by the service operator are marked Official; tools by individuals or communities are marked Community or third-party. Unofficial tools may still use official APIs, but check maintenance, security and terms yourself.
