NH농협은행은 고객이 직접 쓰는 AI 에이전트 개발에 착수했다고 20일 밝혔다. 마이데이터로 연결된 자산 정보를 바탕으로 시황 브리핑, 포트폴리오 진단, 절세 전략을 주는 자산관리 에이전트와 전세자금대출·소비자보호 에이전트를 만든다고 한다. 12월 NH올원뱅크에 먼저 넣고 내년 2월 영업점 대면 자산관리로 넓힐 계획이라고 한다.
NH NongHyup Bank said on the 20th it has started developing AI agents for customers to use directly. They include a wealth-management agent that gives market briefings, portfolio reviews and tax-saving strategies based on MyData-linked assets, plus agents for jeonse deposit loans and consumer protection. The bank plans to launch them in the NH All One Bank app in December and extend wealth management to branches next February.
