주의할 점Before you start
- 개정 공연법(2026년 8월 28일 시행)은 매크로 사용 여부와 관계없이 보안조치 등 정상 구매 절차를 우회해 재판매 목적으로 사는 부정구매와 '상습·영업'으로 웃돈을 받는 부정판매를 금지합니다. 위반 시 1년 이하 징역 또는 1천만 원 이하 벌금입니다.The amended Performance Act (in force 2026-08-28) bans, regardless of macro use, improper purchases that circumvent security measures or the normal purchase process for resale and habitual or commercial resale above cost: up to 1 year in prison or a fine up to 10 million won.
- 부정판매에는 판매금액의 2배에서 최대 50배까지 과징금이 부과될 수 있습니다. 운동경기 입장권은 국민체육진흥법이 같은 내용을 둡니다.Improper resale can draw a penalty surcharge of 2x to 50x the sale amount. Sports tickets get the same rules under the National Sports Promotion Act.
- 공연법 조항은 재판매 목적이나 상습·영업 판매를 요건으로 하므로, 본인 관람용 예매에 AI를 쓰는 경우를 직접 다루지는 않습니다. 이 경우를 다룬 공식 지침은 확인되지 않았습니다.The Act's offences require resale purpose or habitual/commercial selling, so it does not directly address using AI to book a ticket for your own use. No official guidance on that case was found.
- 법과 별개로 멜론티켓 약관은 매크로·봇·스크립트 등 자동화 수단 이용과 대기열·CAPTCHA 무력화를 금지하고, NOL 티켓은 프로그램을 이용한 비정상 접속 시 예매 취소·예매 제한을 둡니다.Separately, Melon Ticket's terms ban macros, bots, scripts and other automated means and defeating queues or CAPTCHAs; NOL Ticket can cancel bookings and restrict accounts for program-driven abnormal access.
- 대기열이나 보안 절차를 기술적으로 우회하면 업무방해 등 다른 법 적용 문제가 생길 수 있습니다.Technically bypassing queues or security steps can raise other legal issues such as obstruction of business.
