조건부 가능Possible with limits쿠팡 WING에 ChatGPT·Claude 앱을 연결하는 공식 기능은 없고, 쿠팡이 판매자용으로 내놓은 AI 도구도 확인되지 않았습니다(2026-10-13 기준). 대신 WING에서 발주서나 상품 목록을 엑셀로 내려받아 수취인 정보를 지운 뒤 AI 앱에 정리를 맡기고, 송장 등록이나 가격·재고 수정은 WING의 엑셀 일괄 기능으로 직접 올리면 됩니다.There is no official way to connect the ChatGPT or Claude app to Coupang WING, and we found no seller-side AI tool from Coupang (checked 2026-10-13). Instead, download order sheets or product lists from WING as Excel, remove recipient details and let the AI app organize them, then upload waybills or price and stock changes yourself with WING's Excel bulk features.
- WING 배송관리의 상품준비중 목록에서 발주서를 엑셀로 내려받습니다. 개인정보가 들어 있어 다운로드 사유를 입력해야 하고, 다 쓴 파일은 바로 지웁니다.Download the order sheet as Excel from the 'preparing product' list in WING's shipping management. Because it contains personal data you must enter a download reason, and delete the file as soon as you are done.

MCP·API 설정이 필요할 수 있습니다May need MCP or API setup쿠팡은 판매자용 Open API를 무료로 공개하고 있어 발주서 조회, 송장 업로드, 상품 등록·수정, 반품·교환, 고객 문의, 정산 조회를 API로 할 수 있습니다. 사업자 인증을 마친 판매자가 WING에서 키를 발급받고, Claude Code·Codex로 호출 코드를 만들면 됩니다. 쿠팡 쇼핑몰(소비자 화면)을 에이전트로 조작하는 것과는 다른 길이며, 쿠팡이 공식으로 만든 MCP는 찾지 못했습니다.
Coupang publishes a free seller Open API for order sheets, waybill upload, product listing and edits, returns and exchanges, customer inquiries and settlements. A business-verified seller issues keys in WING and has Claude Code or Codex write the calls. This is separate from driving the consumer Coupang site with an agent, and we found no official Coupang MCP.

It does not handle orders, and the author says it has not been tested with a real seller account.

키를 발급할 때 '연동업체'를 고르면 목록에 있는 셀러툴 한 곳에 연결됩니다. 직접 코드를 짜기 어렵다면 이런 통합관리 프로그램을 쓰고, AI에는 그 프로그램에서 내려받은 주문 엑셀을 개인정보를 지운 뒤 정리하게 하는 방법도 있습니다.Choosing 'integrator' when issuing the key connects one listed seller tool. If you cannot code, use such a tool and let AI organize order spreadsheets exported from it after removing personal data.

주의할 점Before you start
- 판매자 Open API와 쿠팡 쇼핑몰(소비자 화면)은 다릅니다. 쿠팡은 외부 AI 봇을 막는 것으로 알려져 있으니, 판매 업무는 브라우저 자동화 대신 Open API로 하세요.The seller Open API is not the consumer Coupang site. Coupang reportedly blocks outside AI bots, so use the Open API rather than browser automation for seller work.
- 별도 테스트 환경이 없어 API가 실제 주문과 상품에 바로 반영됩니다. 송장 업로드, 취소, 반품 승인, 가격·재고 변경은 에이전트가 요청 내용을 먼저 보여 주게 하고 사람이 확인한 뒤 실행하세요.There is no separate test environment, so calls hit real orders and products. Have the agent show waybill uploads, cancellations, return approvals and price or stock changes first and let a person approve them.
- OpenAPI 키는 180일이 지나면 만료되어 다시 발급해야 합니다. 판매가 중지된 계정은 키 발급이 제한됩니다.OpenAPI keys expire after 180 days and must be reissued. Accounts with suspended sales cannot get keys.
- 판매자ID별로 초당 5회 정도를 넘게 호출하면 '429 Too Many Requests'로 차단되고(2026년 3월 조정), 상품 등록은 하루 5천 개(vendorItem 기준)로 제한됩니다.Calling more than about 5 times per second per vendorId returns '429 Too Many Requests' (adjusted March 2026), and product registration is capped at 5,000 vendorItems per day.
- 주문 응답에는 수취인 정보가 들어 있습니다. 외부 AI에 보낼 때는 이름·주소·연락처를 빼고, 키는 대화창이 아니라 환경변수로만 다루세요.Order responses include recipient details. Remove names, addresses and phone numbers before sending data to an outside AI, and keep keys in environment variables, never in chat.
