ChatGPT·Claude 앱을 스마트스토어에 바로 연결해 주문을 처리하는 공식 방법은 없습니다. 대신 스마트스토어센터에서 주문 목록을 엑셀로 내려받아 구매자 이름·주소·연락처를 뺀 뒤 AI 앱에 올리면 상품·옵션별 수량 정리나 발주 목록 작성을 맡길 수 있습니다. 송장 입력은 스마트스토어센터의 '엑셀 일괄 발송처리'로 직접 하고, 반복되는 고객 문의는 톡톡 챗봇 자동 답변으로 줄일 수 있습니다.There is no official way to connect the ChatGPT or Claude app to Smartstore and process orders. Instead, download the order list as Excel from Smartstore Center, remove buyer names, addresses and phone numbers, and upload it to the AI app to total quantities by product and option or draft a supplier order list. Enter waybills yourself with Smartstore Center's 'Excel bulk dispatch', and use the TalkTalk chatbot's automatic answers to cut down repeat customer questions.

Naver's official Commerce API lets you read products, orders, settlements and inquiries, and also confirm orders, mark items as shipped and change stock. A store's integrated manager can register a 'My Store application' and use it free right away, then have Claude Code or Codex write scripts or connect a community MCP. Have a person confirm anything that affects customers, such as shipping updates.

주의할 점Before you start

  • 네이버는 '내 스토어 애플리케이션'을 판매자가 직접 연동·운용할 때만 쓸 수 있고, 인증 정보를 제3자에게 제공·위탁하면 약관 위반 소지가 있다고 답변했습니다. 남이 운영하는 원격 MCP 서버에 애플리케이션 시크릿을 넣지 마세요.Naver says a 'My Store application' may only be used when the seller integrates and runs it directly, and that giving or delegating its credentials to a third party may breach the terms. Do not put your application secret into a remote MCP server run by someone else.
  • 네이버 검색 API는 2026년 9월 7일부터 검색 결과를 AI에 입력하는 것을 금지했지만, 커머스API 이용약관에서는 AI 사용을 따로 다룬 조항을 찾지 못했습니다(2026-10-13 확인). 대신 약관은 구매자 개인정보 보호 의무를 정하고 있으니, 주문 데이터를 외부 AI로 보낼 때는 이름·주소·연락처를 빼세요.Naver's Search API terms have banned feeding search results into AI since 2026-09-07, but we found no AI-specific clause in the Commerce API terms (checked 2026-10-13). The terms do require protecting buyers' personal data, so strip names, addresses and phone numbers before sending order data to an outside AI.
  • 발송 처리, 발주 확인, 재고·가격 변경, 클레임 처리는 실제 고객 주문에 바로 반영됩니다. 에이전트가 요청 내용을 먼저 보여 주게 하고 사람이 확인한 뒤 실행하세요.Dispatch, order confirmation, stock and price changes and claim handling hit real customer orders immediately. Have the agent show its requests first and let a person approve them.
  • API는 애플리케이션에 등록한 IP에서만 호출됩니다. 집이나 사무실 인터넷 IP가 바뀌면 'GW.IP_NOT_ALLOWED' 오류가 나니 고정 IP나 서버에서 실행하는 편이 낫습니다.The API only accepts calls from the IP registered on the application. If your home or office IP changes you will get 'GW.IP_NOT_ALLOWED', so a fixed IP or a server is better.
  • 스토어마다 애플리케이션은 3개까지 등록할 수 있고, 비정상적으로 호출하면 비활성 처리될 수 있습니다. 지금은 무료지만 네이버는 앞으로 호출량 제한과 과금이 생길 수 있다고 안내합니다.Each store can register up to three applications, and abnormal calling can get one deactivated. It is free today, but Naver says call limits and fees may be introduced.
