알림톡은 코딩 없이도 보낼 수 있습니다. 카카오 공식 딜러사의 웹 화면에서 승인된 템플릿을 고르고 고객 명단 엑셀을 올리면 되고, ChatGPT·Claude 앱에는 광고 문구 없는 템플릿 초안 작성을 맡기면 됩니다. 카카오톡 채널 관리자센터의 '메시지'는 채널 친구에게 보내는 유료 채널 메시지라 알림톡과는 다릅니다.You can send AlimTalk without coding. Pick an approved template in an official Kakao dealer's web console and upload your customer list as Excel, and use the ChatGPT or Claude app to draft templates without advertising. The 'Message' menu in the KakaoTalk Channel admin center sends paid channel messages to channel friends, which is not AlimTalk.

Check that it has no advertising, then request review in the dealer's console. Kakao reviews within 2 business days.
  4. 승인되면 딜러사 화면에서 엑셀 양식을 내려받아 수신번호와 변수 값(고객명, 예약일 등)을 채웁니다. 고객 전화번호가 담긴 명단은 AI에 올리지 말고 엑셀에서 직접 정리합니다.Once approved, download the Excel form from the dealer's console and fill in phone numbers and variable values (customer name, booking date, etc.). Do not upload lists with customers' phone numbers to an AI; prepare them yourself in Excel.
  5. 미리보기로 내용과 수신자 수를 확인한 뒤 발송 버튼은 본인이 누릅니다. 할인·이벤트 소식은 알림톡으로 보낼 수 없으니 광고 수신에 동의한 고객에게 브랜드 메시지나 채널 메시지로 보냅니다.Check the preview and recipient count, then press send yourself. Discounts and events cannot go out as AlimTalk; send them as Brand Message or channel messages only to customers who agreed to receive ads.

알림톡은 카카오 공식 딜러사의 API로 보내는 정보성 메시지라, 사업자 카카오톡 채널과 검수를 통과한 템플릿이 있으면 프로그램이나 에이전트로 보낼 수 있습니다. 솔라피는 발송 전 미리보기와 확인 단계를 둔 MCP를 직접 공개했습니다. 광고성 내용은 알림톡으로 보낼 수 없고, 친구톡은 2025년 말 끝나 브랜드 메시지로 바뀌었습니다.

AlimTalk is an informational message sent through Kakao's official dealers' APIs, so with a business KakaoTalk channel and an approved template you can send it from a program or agent. Solapi publishes its own MCP with a preview-and-confirm step before sending. Advertising content cannot go out as AlimTalk, and FriendTalk ended in late 2025 and was replaced by Brand Message.

    npm install -g @solapi/mcp-server로 설치하면 Claude Desktop·Cursor에 등록되고, 템플릿 조회·작성과 알림톡 발송 도구를 쓸 수 있습니다. 발송 도구는 기본으로 꺼져 있고, 켜더라도 confirmed=true를 넣기 전에는 미리보기만 보여 줍니다. 카카오가 아니라 메시징 업체 솔라피가 만든 도구입니다.Install with npm install -g @solapi/mcp-server to register it in Claude Desktop or Cursor, giving tools to list and create templates and send AlimTalk.     카카오는 알림톡을 공식 딜러사를 통해서만 제공합니다. NHN Cloud, 인포뱅크, 다우기술 등 카카오비즈니스에 올라 있는 딜러사와 계약한 뒤, 그 회사 API로 템플릿을 등록하고 발송하는 코드를 Claude Code나 Codex로 만들면 됩니다.Kakao provides AlimTalk only through official dealers. 주의할 점Before you start

  • 알림톡은 주문·예약·배송처럼 고객에게 꼭 전해야 하는 정보성 메시지만 보낼 수 있습니다. 내용 일부라도 광고가 섞이면 보낼 수 없고, 수시로 보내는 공지사항도 알림톡 대상이 아닙니다.AlimTalk may only carry informational messages a customer must receive, such as orders, bookings and deliveries. Any advertising content disqualifies it, and ad-hoc announcements are not allowed either.
  • 검수를 통과한 템플릿만 보낼 수 있고 심사는 영업일 기준 2일 안에 처리됩니다. 검수를 통과해도 법령 위반에 대한 책임은 발송한 사업자에게 있고, 신고가 많으면 사업자등록번호 기준으로 알림톡과 브랜드 메시지가 영구 중지될 수 있습니다.Only approved templates can be sent; review takes up to 2 business days. Approval does not shift legal liability from the sender, and many reports can permanently suspend AlimTalk and Brand Message for that business registration number.
