Officially, only sending to your own 'chat with myself' works. Connect Kakao PlayMCP to Claude or ChatGPT to push AI output to that chat and use Talk Calendar. There is no official API to read personal chats, and the friend-messaging API is a reviewed, service-only feature that does not fit a personal assistant. Beyond that, only unofficial tools that drive the Mac app exist.
