The National Tax Service offers a free API on data.go.kr, and with an MCP server that wraps it, an agent like Claude can look up whether a business number is active, suspended or closed, and its tax type.

  • 진위확인에는 대표자명·개업일자 같은 타인 정보가 들어가므로 거래 상대 확인 등 정당한 목적에만 쓰세요.Verification uses other people's data such as representative name and start date; use it only for legitimate purposes like checking a counterparty.
  • 국세청 자료와 30분 주기로 맞춰지고, 신규 개업자는 1~2일 늦게 반영됩니다.Data syncs with NTS every 30 minutes; newly opened businesses appear after 1-2 days.
  • 서비스키를 설정 파일에 넣을 때 공개 저장소에 올리지 않도록 주의하세요.Keep your service key out of public repositories when you put it in config files.
