AI가 홈택스에 로그인해 세금계산서를 발급하는 공식 방법은 없지만, 발급할 내용을 준비하는 일은 맡길 수 있습니다. PC 홈택스에서 일괄작성 양식을 내려받아 거래 내역과 함께 ChatGPT·Claude 앱에 올려 채우게 하고, 로그인과 변환, 발급은 본인이 합니다. 홈택스 발급은 무료이고, 인터넷이 어렵다면 보안카드로 ARS(126-1-2-1)를 이용하거나 세무서에 대리발급을 신청할 수 있습니다.There is no official way for AI to log in to Hometax and issue invoices, but it can prepare what you will issue. Download the bulk form from PC Hometax, upload it with your transaction list to the ChatGPT or Claude app to fill in, then log in, convert and issue yourself. Issuing on Hometax is free, and if the internet is hard to use you can issue by phone (ARS 126-1-2-1) with a security card or ask a tax office to issue on your behalf.

홈택스에는 발행용 공개 API가 없지만, 팝빌·바로빌 같은 발급대행 서비스의 API를 쓰면 프로그램에서 전자세금계산서를 발행하고 국세청 전송과 상태 조회까지 할 수 있습니다. 다만 공동인증서 등록, 연동 신청, 건별 수수료가 필요하고, 법적 효력이 생기는 발행은 사람이 최종 확인해야 합니다. 개발 없이 쓰려면 AI가 홈택스 일괄발급 엑셀 양식을 채우고, 로그인과 발급은 본인이 하면 됩니다.

Hometax has no public issuing API, but issuance-agent services such as Popbill and Barobill offer APIs that issue e-tax invoices from your program, send them to the NTS and report their status. They need a registered joint certificate, an integration application and per-invoice fees, and a person should give final approval because issuance has legal effect. Without coding, have AI fill Hometax's bulk-issuance Excel form and do the login and issuance yourself.

주의할 점Before you start

  • 전자세금계산서는 공동인증서로 전자서명해야 효력이 생깁니다. 인증서 파일과 비밀번호를 AI 대화창에 올리지 말고, 발급대행 서비스에는 그 서비스가 안내하는 화면에서 본인이 직접 등록하세요.An e-tax invoice takes effect only when signed with a joint certificate. Never upload the certificate file or its password to an AI chat; register it yourself only on the screen the issuing service provides.
  • 발행하면 매입자에게 바로 메일이 가고 국세청에 전송됩니다. 금액, 사업자번호, 작성일자는 사람이 확인한 뒤 발행 버튼을 누르게 하세요.Issuing immediately emails the buyer and transmits to the NTS. Have a person check the amount, business number and date before pressing issue.
  • 월합계 세금계산서는 공급한 달의 다음 달 10일까지 발급할 수 있고, 발급대행 시스템에서 발급하면 발급일 다음 날까지 국세청에 전송해야 합니다. 홈택스에서 발급하면 바로 전송됩니다.Monthly summary invoices may be issued until the 10th of the following month, and invoices issued through an agent system must reach the NTS by the next day. Hometax transmits immediately.
  • 팝빌·바로빌 API는 국세청이 아니라 민간 발급대행 회사가 운영하며 건별 수수료가 있습니다. 테스트 환경과 운영 환경은 따로라 인증서를 운영 환경에 다시 등록해야 합니다.Popbill and Barobill are private issuance-agent companies, not the NTS, and charge per invoice. Their test and live environments are separate, so the certificate must be registered again for live use.
  • 발급대행 서비스 API를 감싼 비공식 MCP가 보이기도 하지만, 원격 서버에 LinkID·SecretKey를 넣으면 발행 권한을 남에게 맡기는 셈이니 쓰지 마세요.Unofficial MCPs wrapping these APIs exist, but putting your LinkID and SecretKey into a remote server hands over issuing power, so avoid them.
