kordoc, hwp-mcp 같은 오픈소스 MCP를 연결하면 Claude·Codex가 한컴오피스 없이 .hwp·.hwpx를 읽고, .hwpx 문서를 새로 만들거나 양식을 채웁니다. 다만 .hwp(바이너리) 파일을 직접 고쳐 저장하는 기능은 아직 도구마다 제한이 있어 .hwpx로 다루는 편이 안전합니다.
Open-source MCP servers such as kordoc and hwp-mcp let Claude or Codex read .hwp/.hwpx files and create or fill .hwpx documents without Hancom Office. Editing and saving legacy binary .hwp is still limited in most tools, so working in .hwpx is safer.
