요금제 비교는 에이전트가 할 수 있습니다. 통신사 앱의 사용량·청구 화면을 보여주면 스마트초이스나 알뜰폰허브 같은 공개 비교 사이트에서 후보를 추려줄 수 있습니다. 다만 번호이동·개통은 2026년 7월부터 안면인증 등 추가 본인확인을 거쳐야 하므로 본인이 직접 해야 합니다.

Comparing plans is something an agent can do: show it your usage and bill screens and it can shortlist plans on public comparison sites such as SmartChoice or MVNO Hub. Switching or activating a line, however, now requires extra identity checks such as face verification (phased in from July 2026), so you have to do that part yourself.

  • 2026년 7월 6일부터 휴대전화 개통 시 안면인증 등 추가 본인확인이 단계적으로 시행되고 있습니다. 가입 신청, 본인인증, 최종 제출은 본인이 직접 하세요.Since July 6, 2026, extra identity checks such as face verification are being phased in for opening a mobile line. Sign up, verify and submit yourself.
